Community Action Against COVID-19 in Vulnerable Villages:

COVID-19 spread rapidly after migrant laborers returned home following the nationwide lockdown. Poor families lacked basic knowledge of prevention, increasing health risks in the target area. To combat this, volunteers conducted door-to-door awareness visits and public announcements. Masks, sanitizer, and soap were distributed to promote hygiene. Relief items like rice and flour supported jobless families, while awareness programs educated vulnerable mothers on COVID-19 prevention.
