In recognition of the valuable contribution towards supporting TB patients and strengthening the fight against tuberculosis, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, awarded a prestigious certificate to SIDS. On 13 August 2026, observed as Ni-Kshay Mitra Diwas, the Block Development Officer, Pathar Pratima, and the Block Medical Officer of Health, Madhab Nagar Rural Hospital, on behalf of Government, presented the certificate to Mr. Subimal Karan, Secretary of SIDS, at a programme attended by TB patients, dignitaries and community members.
